Our Story
Select Beverage Company, Inc. is a family-owned fine wine distributor proudly serving top restaurants and retailers located throughout the Metro Chicago area. We take tremendous pride in offering a focused, hand-selected portfolio featuring wines from France, Spain, Chile, California, Washington and Oregon.
All of our wines are from family-owned properties and are chosen based on their quality and their ability to truly represent and respect their terroir. We have selected producers who apply a highly personal, hands-on approach to their vineyards and their wines.
Our daily mission is to provide each of our customers with premium quality wines, superior service and added value.
Our Philosophy
Premium quality wines, a superior level of service, and added value to our customers are the fundamental core of our business. We strive for excellence in each of them everyday. Yet there are two additional words that truly define who we are:

Everyone at Select Beverage Company is passionate about delicious wine, great food and enjoyable company. We believe that life’s greatest pleasures are the simple ones. And one of those great pleasures is a great glass of wine shared at a friendly gathering, a family meal, a celebratory occasion, or just after a long day’s work.
Discovery
There are new producers and wines coming on to the wine scene every day. Some of these new producers are introducing classic varietals from well-known and popular regions. Other producers are coming from newer wine areas growing lesser-known varietals. Either way, the wine world is constantly changing and is demanding the introduction of these “new” wines. It is an extremely exciting time, indeed. We are constantly in discovery mode to find and introduce these amazing new wines to you.
